This australian sandalwood has a bit of a stronger aroma but still very calming and pleasant. I like to put this in my difuser or mixed with water on the stove to give my home a nice pleasant woodsy scent. It is a nice scent and not too overwhelming. I have also used Sandalwood to help with oily skin on my face and chest. I mix it with coconut oil as a carrier and it only take a couple of drops mixed with it to make a nice facial treatment. I have had no irritation or bad breakouts at all. The smell is very different but nice – kind of earthy and reminds me of the sandalwood incense I used to burn. Talk about versatility – you can use it diluted as a nurturing hair rinse or to repel ants from your kitchen. Nice essential oil to keep on hand for many uses at home. Comes in a sealed dark brown glass bottle (to keep safe from too much light) with a screw-off cap. All opinions expressed are truly my own. This by far from Sun Essential oils is the best one I have tried yet. It works amazing in the lotions, balms and masks I have put this in so far.
