Piñon Pine Tree Sap/Resin from South West New Mexico on Private Property. Multi Use, can be used for Incense or Salves: Raw Natural Non Pesticide Straight from the Piñon Pine Tree sap/resin from South West New Mexico. Packaged in a reusable brown paper bag. This sap is hard not soft and sticky. We gather sap from off the ground where the tree dripped its sap and it hardened and some from the tree then gently wash in warm water to clean off debris, there still may be the occasional pine needle or bark. The Pinon Pine isn’t harmed by this gathering. We give thanks to the Piñon Pine Tree for their abundance and generosity before we gather. Can be used as incense which has a lovely pine smell, added to any other resin, melted for salves, soaps and many other uses like glue, fire starter etc. Please use caution and common sense when burning pine sap and use a burn proof plate (charcoal is usually needed), tongs and always keep children supervised Do Not leave unattended! Pro Tip: to help get any sticky sap off your fingers or utensils olive oil works great, or any solvent like rubbing alcohol: Also you’ll want to strain your sap resin (after heating it) before adding to salve for the smoothest consistency. We just know that your going to love this abundant gift from the Pinon Pine Trees! The smell is wonderfully piney and natural! And the colors are only what Nature can provide, sparkly and beautiful!
