About Yawanawa Tsunu Blend Tsunu is our all-time favorite. It is prepared with the ashes of Tsunu bark and artisanal corda grass. The Tsunu is a tall and majestic tree, being considered one of the most sacred of the Yawanawa people. It’s not the same as Pau Pereira that some people claim, but rather a specific tres with a very smooth crust. There are different trees around the region that people call Tsunu, but the Yawanawa have their original which makes a beautiful cream colored ash. 10gr or 0.35 oz / 20gr or 0.70 oz / 50gr or 1.7 oz. Of the tribes is a Tool from the indigenous people from Brazillian Amazon. Tribes like the Yawanawa, Kaxinawa, Kuntanawa, Nukini and others have been using it since the beginning of times as related in their legends.
