Theralight 360 Red Light Bed

Used Theralight 360 Red light therapy bed. 2023 MODEL – I have reviewed the Lightstim red light bed and can answer any questions about this red light bed. This is a slow burn red light bed. Below are some of the answers to questions I get on red light beds. I made ranking on red light beds so you don’t have to why would you? Is there a best red light bed? No, every red light bed roughly the same (except the ones made in China that I don’t sell anyway). Ok but really – which one is the best red light bed? Lightstim and Novathor scored the best, they are in most clinics worldwide. There are new red light bed companies popping up every month making it confusing on which one to get. What about a worst red light bed? The type that is made light a tanning bed. The really cheap beds do not do lipolysis. They have very little heat co-efficient and produce tons of latent heat. The total energy produced is a fraction of the ones that work. Uhhhhhhhh let me get back to you. What criteria did you use to evaluate these red light beds? I understand how red light delivers electrons to the cells to raise the mitochondria voltage. Some are too powerful and the protons in the cells cannot neutralize and combust the energy fast enough than the cells can utilize the energy. Some are too powerful and the hemoglobin relflects the light. Meters were also used to measure diode strength, total mw of diode, types of circuit boards. What I rely on the most is the return rate on red light beds and feedback I get from practitioners. What sample did you use to test them? How did that affect it? I go to trade shows and clinics and try out different beds out. More clinics have brands I never heard of these days and I look the brand up and I never see a website on it. Is “quality” of red light an objective category? You could describe a red light bed in several objective categories like total joules of energy, number of diodes vs wattage, type of diode, etc, but that’s not what’s important to me. My goal as someone who knows what makes a red light bed good or bad is to get results I like, and then hopefully if I like them, other people like them too. So the objective testing or blind testing is really just about removing things that might influence my decision other than doing my quantitative tests, like knowing a brands has a particular reputation, or it looks a certain way, or costs a certain amount. How many red light beds have you reviewed? How long did it take you to evaluate them? Eventually it became like a compulsion. I have ADHD, so working obsessively on one thing at a time for a very long time is quite natural to me. Why did you start making reviews on red light beds? At this time companies starting making red light beds and wanted me to sell them. I was really tired of just making decisions based on other people’s opinions so I had to do my own reviews. I wanted to really have my own ideas about what makes a red light bed good instead of falling for hype or just saying x other famous person or clinic used it. I wanted to do away with all the bullsh1t. When did you work on it? Mostly while going to trade shows where they have about 5 to 10 different brands at any show. How long did it take you? I actually go to the shows every year (Javitz Center) every March and see what’s new and test them out again every time. Did your perception of red light quality change as you were making the review? The differences changed as new studies came out and newer beds come on the market every year and changes to older brands. Again, what the hell compels someone to rank 36+ red light beds for quality in their spare time??? I started for all the reasons I listed but I kept going because I was learning things and I felt like I was getting knowledge which would be valuable to me in the future. I study Salamander studies, all the laws of light I learned from talking to people who know about the physics of light. What made you like a red light more than others? A good red light bed will have the right wavelengths and the right power level based on how long the session time is wanted. Back in the day, sessions took longer and in 2023 there has been new technology that has changed the game a little bit. What did you dislike in a red light bed? Anything that had a terrible off-gassing smell. I can go in a clinic and know it’s some Chinese import just by the way the room smells after someone just did a session. Do you think people notice quality red light during their session? NO, the average person doesn’t know the difference. Most light just does whole body vasodilation and heat shock proteins but doesn’t charge up the mitochondria the way the ones that really work do. Some people have such a low starting voltage that (200 to 400 is good health) that even the beds red light beds don’t help them. It depends on who is using it. Some people do better with a slow burn with just laying on one bed with no overhead panel and others do better with a fast burn with a super high powered red light bed with a session time that only lasts 20 minutes. Most take about 45 minutes to an hour. If doing red light therapy right after the body core is 3 degrees higher such as after an infrared sauna, this is when I get the best results. With love and light.
