Common Uses: Rosemary essential oil is most commonly used as a remedy for poor concentration, poor circulation, muscular aches, dandruff, depression, hair loss, insomnia and nasal congestion. Put two drops of rosemary essential oil onto a tissue and inhale to clear headaches and fatigue. Add two drops of Rosemary essential oil to a vaporizer and vaporize for 1 hour in the workplace or study environment. Poor Circulation and Muscular Aches. Add three drops of Rosemary essential oil to one tablespoon of a carrier oil and rub vigorously into the soles of the feet to stimulate circulation. Apply the blend to any particular aching spot and massage to aid penetration of the essential oil. Blends well with the following essential oils.
