I used the light one to two times per day a couple of times a week; so 20 to 40 minutes a day, about 3-4 times a week for about a year. My use declined as my back recovered and have not been using the last several months, and now moving abroad. LED lights are expected to last 50,000 hours, so if I estimate the max use, I’ve probably only logged 140 hours of use. The newer PlatinumLED BioMax 900 panel adds blue lights to the device, if you have LED lightbulbs in your home, office or clinic, you’re getting blue light spectrum.
