These discoveries follow other studies showing Piperine can block complications from diabetes, act as a powerful antioxidant. Piperine has been shown to substantially increase the bioavailability of nutrients from food and supplements, providing more nutrients from everything we eat. Piperine also reduces fat levels in bloodsteam and hence aids weight management. Piperine may increase the bioavailability of the Curcumin by upto twenty-fold.
