This is a brand new BOB BECK PROTOCOL BRAIN TUNER Model BT-5. THE BATTERY POWERED MODELS ARE IN A BLACK BOX. THE CAPACITOR POWERED MODELS ARE IN A WHITE BOX. Power is obtained from a 48 FARAD capacitor. The capacitor can be charged / discharged a million times from ANY standard 5 Volt USB power source. The best of rechargeable batteries are good for 1000 times. There is no need to remove the cover lid as there are no user serviceable parts inside the box. Expected usable time of a fully charged Capacitor is approximately 1 Hour, depending on the amplitude setting and the user’s skin resistance. The charging cable MUST BE removed during usage, for safety reasons, otherwise the cable may be left connected indefinitely to a power source. Typically less than FIVE MINUTES.
