The electronic stirring is achieved using ion flow by current reversal. This allows batches to be produced without the normal residue produced by static water and ensures even electrode wear. It has everything that is needed to get you started including the USB Power supply and production jar. As with all Silver Bear products, this is a professionally engineered unit with a machined aluminium case , Full colour display, 35v DC to DC Converter, Current limiting and electronic stirring. The current is variable from 0.3mA up to 12mA to allow a wide rangle of electrodes to be used. The supplied electrodes work well at around 1.5mA – 2mA. It also has a DC motor drive output for motorised electrode holders if required (not supplied). The jack socket on the side connects to the electrode holder supplied. Includes amber Mason jar professional production vessel with air tight storage lid to keep your colloidal silver fresh and the mason jar adapter style electrode holder. You can also use the electrode holders built into the unit if you wish to make a small amount in a glass or other small container. The SB100 has an advanced auto-off feature that uses an internal Faraday controller to meter the exact amount of silver into the water. The solution strength can be set from 0-99ppm and the results will be perfect every time. You simply set the ppm required and the volume of your container and the SB100 handles the rest. The current can be set to match the electrodes of your choice. Using the supplied electrodes, a current setting of up to 2.5mA is recommended. Once running, it shows the current ppm added to the solution and the time remaining. Once completed, the unit turns off and the display shows’Complete’. All you will need to provide is the distilled water. The unit does not use any batteries and instead uses electronic inverter technology to boost the 5v USB power to the 35v required to make colloidal silver. With short circuit protection is is almost indestructable and will last a lifetime. By utilising our unique inverter/limiter design we are able to generate particles with a typical range of sizes between 1-7nm or 0.001 to 0.007um.
