Anxiety and stress: Use the prediluted Neroli oil (3 percent in Jojoba carrier oil), and wear it as a perfume for a week. If possible, learn a relaxation technique as well, so that you can associate a feeling of relaxation with the scent of the oil. Then, whenever you smell the oil, it will help you feel relaxed. Intestinal spasms: Either use the prediluted Neroli oil as above, or add 2 drops of pure Neroli essential oil to 1 teaspoon of vegetable oil.
